How long is the typical timeline for a project?
Timelines depend on the design package that’s purchased and can range from 1 - 8 weeks. If you have add-on items to your package, the timeline will be extended based on that.
How will we communicate?
I use HoneyBook for client portals, communication, and project tracking. This integrates into my email so everything will come across to you through there, but you can go into the client portal to see details on the timeline, past communication, and more. This is where I send proposals and contracts as well.
What does the design process look like?
You can view my detailed step-by-step process here.
How does payment work?
Clients will pay a 50% deposit upon booking your project in order to begin working on your spot. The remainder of the payment will be invoiced at the end of the project once I receive final approval on the design. Once final payment has been paid, we will send over all final files.
Preferred payment methods are Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal. We also accept checks and Apple Pay.
How much does a project cost?
We offer different packages based on your needs (logos, brand & identity, etc). Email us, or fill out a contact form on our website and we will send our pricing sheet.
Is there room to upgrade packages if I need to?
Yes, if you run out of revisions you can pay extra per extra revision. If you decide you want to upgrade your package once the initial concepts have been sent over you can do so.
What if none of the design packages are what I am looking for?
Let us know what you are looking for and we can make adjustments accordingly!
What is a “revision”?
A revision is any physical change made to your design concepts.
Examples of a revision:
Change of lettering in logo
Any tweaking of logo
Updating text information on a flyer
NOT a revision:
A new logo or flyer design. If you want a new logo concept created it will be an up-charge.
*A color change does not count as a revision. It is free of charge.
What formats will I receive my final files in?
We will package up your files into a variety of file formats suitable for both web and print purposes, including AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, and PDF (should you need additional formats, please let us know and we will include them).
For logos, files will include full-color, black-and-white versions based on the colors in your final branding. The final files will be labeled and organized into files that are easy to navigate plus a PDF guide for file types and how to use them.
Can I trademark my Logo?
Yes, you have full rights to trademark your logo while we retain rights to use it for marketing purposes.
